Event Details

Just can’t get rid of that nagging muscle or joint pain? Whether you’re a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior, you can’t let pain slow you down!

This new technique for pain management and sports related injuries applies the use of acupuncture needles to deactivate the trigger point (muscle knot), reduce pain and restore normal function to the involved muscle. Fear of needles? No worries. The needle used is very thin and most patients don’t feel it penetrate the skin. Don’t live another day in pain! This new physical therapy intervention can get you back to your active lifestyle without missing a beat.

Who benefits most from this treatment?

  • Athletes and runners who suffer from shin splints, achilles tendonitis, and/or plantar fasciitis
  • Golfers with rotator cuff injuries and/or tendonitis
  • Tennis players with chronic elbow pain (tennis elbow)
  • People injured in motor vehicle accidents who suffer from whiplash
  •  Individuals who spend countless hours behind the computer or at a desk
  • Patients suffering from Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMJ)

  • Anyone suffering from on-going muscle pain and/or chronic neck or back pain
